Can't do yet but willing to try: Heavy NSFW/gore, mecha, vehicles,...
Won't do: Political-related, hate, any type of negative topic...

- I have the right to decline a commission if the ideas are out of my range of skills, or if it makes me feel uneasy.GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline commissions that exceed my skill range or make me uncomfortable.
- No NSFW or suggestive content; light blood or blushing is allowed.
- Please provide a clear, SFW reference sheet or a clear 3D/Roblox avatar in neutral lightning. I will not design characters from scratch or work with descriptions or AI-generated references.
- Using my past works for pose inspiration is acceptable, but I will not recreate an identical pose/concept.PAYMENTS
- Payments are all set in USD.
- Payments are received via Ko-fi donation or PayPal invoice.
- Full payment is required before I start the commission.
- Unpaid slots will be canceled after 2 weeks.REVISIONS
- During the sketch phase, you’ll receive 1-2 sketches to choose from unless the commission is a Surprise-me type.
- Adjustments are allowed during sketching and at lineart to base color (if the order is an illustration); after finalizing, only color changes are possible.
- Big changes requested after completion will incur extra fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Standard turnaround time is 1-3 months for most commission types. Illustrations typically require 4-6 months to complete.
- Rush orders require prepared ideas and include a 50% rush fee.
- If you do not respond within 1 week after the final delivery, the artwork will be considered approved and may be posted.USAGE OF COMMISSIONED WORK
- Credit is required whenever the artwork is posted or shared by the commissioner.
- AI training, NFT usage, or any similar repurposing of my work is strictly prohibited.
- You may share the artwork on your social media and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, including creating physical items (e.g., keychains, prints).
- You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell it, edit or trace it, or use it commercially unless we have agreed beforehand.
- Private commissions must be discussed in advance and include a 30% privacy fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain rights to showcase commissioned artworks on my website or social media unless the commission is private.
- The commissioner receives personal-use rights unless commercial rights were purchased.REFUNDS
- A full refund is available only if the commission has not yet been started.
- Once I begin the sketch or any part of the artwork process, refunds are no longer possible.
- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the progress made.COMMUNICATION
- I will reach out to you when revisions are needed or if clarification is required at any stage.
- You may optionally share other contact platforms (Twitter/X, Bluesky, Discord, Email) for faster and more consistent communication.
